Hello, a little bit about me.

KW Wood Works, LLC is a Veteran owned small business.  I retired from the Army after 33 years of military service.  After I retired on Friday, I went to work for them as a contractor on Monday.  Never taking a break to figure out what I wanted to do I figure the time has come to venture out on a limb and start my own business. 

I have always been at awe of creative and talented people.  My creative outlet is working with wood.  Taking a piece of wood and creating something.  There is something about seeing something and making it yourself or taking an idea and turning it into something tangible.  Often times the idea in my head or the sketch on a piece of paper is just the starting point as the wood dictates the direction of the project.

Just as I don’t know exactly how a project will work when I’m done with it, I don’t know exactly where this journey will take me.  The only way to find out is to start making sawdust and with that please follow along, who knows I might build something you would like.
