Privacy Policy

KH Woodworks LLC(“KH Woodworks”, “we”, “us”) is a custom woodworking and carpentry business based in Central Florida. This policy covers the website at khwoodworks.com.

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you submit the estimate request form, we receive:

• Your name and email address (required so we can reply).
• Your phone number, preferred contact method and best time to reach you, if you provide them.
• Details about your project: city or address, the type of work, a description, your desired timeframe and — optionally — a budget range.
• Any photos you choose to attach.
• The page you submitted from, the date and time of the submission, and your IP address (used only to rate-limit the form and block automated abuse).

This site has no customer accounts, takes no payments, and runs no SMS marketing programme.

Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, and carry out work you engage us for. We do not sell your information, and we never share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We use a small number of third-party providers to run this site. Each may process your submission only to deliver that service:

• Supabase — stores form submissions and uploaded photos.
• Resend — delivers the notification and confirmation emails.
• Vercel — hosts the website and keeps standard server logs.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — distinguishes people from bots on the form, where enabled.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If you sign in to the private admin portal a session cookie is set so you stay signed in; that applies to KH Woodworks staff only.

We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful to the business — typically while a project is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and reference purposes. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database, and the admin portal requires authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information and to limit who can see it.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email kirby@khwoodworks.com and we’ll take care of it.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
